The Food Safety Extension Network (FSEN) was established in 2021 to create synergy amongst faculty with Cooperative Extension Systems and Land-Grant Universities to advance the science of home food preservation, retail food safety, and cottage foods/small food business. We also work together to address the needs for guidance around food safety regulations, training programs, and for food safety support in general.
